You can do this by uploading the image to the Files section in a space. You can check the file out and in to update the image, and the link will remain the same. The email templates will always display the latest image. Follow the steps below.

• Upload an image to the Files section in a space.
• Right-click the image and copy the link.
• Go to Control Panel > System > Email Templates.
• Edit an email template.
• In the editor toolbar, click View > View Source.
• Enter the following code where you want to insert the image:
  <img src="[Paste link]" />
• The link will have something like &v=1 at the end. Delete this part.
• Click OK.
• Click Update.
• You will need to update all email templates manually with the steps above, and then the image will update automatically when you Update File .
