1.You can use the following adjustments as a base as to what to edit. The width can be in either pixels or percentage.

width: 100%;
}
2. Changing the wrapper would most likely make the change for all pages.

3. When using chrome, you can right click and select inspect. Use the mouse button on the top left of the popup to browse the page for CSS elements. You can select what element you want to adjust (like a page banner) and set the width manually.
